I am subletting the master ensuite in our lovely 3bed/2bath house in North Park.

We are right in the heart of North Park one block from 30th. The room has a private bath, huge closet with built in storage, private entrance and porch.
The house is very large with central heating, a beautiful fenced in front yard and porch, hardwood floors and fireplace. The house is fully furnished except for the room for rent. Female roommate preferred.
I'm a single mom with a 7yo daughter. We are super easy going, clean and fun. I work 2 days from home but otherwise we are out of the house most of the day. We have a calico cat named Puzzles.
