I currently don't have photos of the apartment but will be willing to give a tour when available. This is a four unit apartment with a shared living room and kitchen, with a private bedroom and bathroom. It's located on the third floor of the Vistas. There are four other women living here so only women will be allowed to rent this unit out. You will be overtaking a lease of mine, and for rent it would only be $832 per month. Utilities are included but you would have to pay that apart but it's less than $10 a month. There may be a security deposit you would have to pay but it's completely waived if you're a student. The only thing this unit has is a bedroom and a desk, otherwise everything else will have to be furnished.
