The lark advertised towards students but it is equal opportunity housing so anyone can apply! The room is a private 3x3 so you would have a private room, bathroom, and closet. You would have two roommates that each have their own private room and bathroom.. The room comes furnished with a full sized bedframe, desk, and dresser. The unit itself comes furnished with a couch, coffee table, and tv in the common area. It has an in unit washer and dryer and has a dining table with 4 chairs.

The Lark itself has many amenities such as a pool, volleyball court, basketball court, gym and study areas. It is down the street from target and offers a shuttle that goes to and from campus. The Lark hosts frequent events that residents can join in whenever they like.

Rent: My secured price is much better than their current listed pricing

Monthly: $999

$40 addendum (Meaning there is $40 taken off the total each month, rent is technically $959 monthly)

Minimum required Insurance: $13 for the Lark's provided insurance. (Something like lemonade could cost you less)

Parking: Parking is free unless you would like to pay extra for covered or reserved parking.
