The apartment complex this is leased at is called The Elements Student Living, but anyone can live there, not just students. If you're looking at just getting an apartment to start adulthood or just be independent, this is a great place to start. The apartment comes fully furnished with stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer. The complex itself is right across from a Target which is really awesome. It has amenities like a pool, jacuzzi, gym, and "game room" with a tanning area. It is extremely close to the Sac State campus, and there is a shuttle that will come and take you to and from the complex. On The Elements website, it states that it has sold out of this extremely popular floor plan, so if you missed out here is your opportunity! Please let me know if you have any questions.
