It is well below decent. They have constant maintenance issues, so there are always maintenance crews hanging out in the apartment on a regular basis. The rooms seem a lot nicer than they end up being in actuality. No kitchen. No large fridge. Paper walls let all sounds through. Uncomfortable dorm-like bathrooms that are shared amongst the residents. Easily the crappiest place to live in SLO ...

I like living at the slo it’s affordable and you get to know the people who you live around. It’s a friendly community. However there is no stove or oven which can be frustrating but overall it’s affordable and you get what you pay for.

The slo student living does not provide a proper kitchen area. There is no stove so making healthy meals requires more effort and money. I do not have a sink in the kitchen only in the bathroom. Rent is expensive but cheap relative to other places in slo. I wish I could afford to live in a nicer place but I can tolerate it for now. Management makes mistakes often and has tried to scam me out of money. My ex recently got assaulted by a security guard here. We reported it. ...
