I am a third year Psychology major at Cal Poly SLO studying abroad in the fall ( beginning of September - end of December). I live in a 4 bedroom (two story) house on California Blvd. The house is in a great location with short walking distance downtown and a 15-minute walk to campus! I am looking for someone to Sublease my single room DURING FALL QUARTER ONLY!! ( I am returning winter and spring and plan to move in at the start of winter quarter)
The rent for my single room (Upstairs) is 800 a month (not including utilities), We have plenty of parking spaces outside our house and a decently sized backyard. The room has lots of windows with views of bishops and madonna :)
