Nice larger 2-bedroom / 1.5 bath two story condo in popular La Canada Complex. Large courtyard patio with additional entrance to home in back. Home includes stove/oven, refrigerator, and comes partially furnished or unfurnished. The complex also has a gated pool for tenants. Home is close to parks, shopping and transportation.

Appliances include stove/oven and fridge. Shared coin-op laundry room on site.

12 month Lease. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property. The owner will pay for landscaping.

If selected as a tenant, a Move-in Fee of $49 per household is required. The fee covers a move-in inspection including digital records of property conditions for tenant protection.

DO NOT DISTURB CURRENT TENANTS. A showing associate from our company must be present to show you around the home. We will not be doing open house showings for Fall Housing properties with tenants inside. If your group is chosen for a property, we will schedule a time where everyone in your group will have to view the property in person before a lease is written.
