Available now, flexible move-in date. This place is a 4 level townhome in a gated community, and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You can either have 1 or 2 rooms (additional price if you want 2). You can either have your room(s) furnished or unfurnished. You will have your own private bathroom. You will have access to 2 living rooms, dining room, powder room, and the kitchen. A short walk outside the house you can use the complex's swimming pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, fitness center, and sauna.

I'm the owner of the house and the only other person living there. I'm a Pepperdine alum (class of 2004) and spend most of my time either sleeping or working at my office in Westlake Village. So you'll have the house to yourself most of the time. I'm looking for someone who will pay rent on time, is considerate and trustworthy, and doesn't smoke or do any drugs.

This is in the only gated condo complex in Calabasas that is this nice and anywhere near this price range. No other comparable condos north of the 101 are gated, and the only gated complexes south of the 101 are either much more expensive or are much smaller and more crowded. Also, the places north of here (including the Malibu Canyon Apartments) don't get cell phone reception, unlike this place.

The location of this unit is ideal because it is a corner unit furthest away from the street, and the bedrooms are on the very end of the complex; they do not share any walls with neighbors. There's nothing but open space and trees outside the walls, so it's very quiet. Every window has views of trees so it feels very tranquil, like you're surrounded by a forest. It gets a nice breeze. There's no one above or below us so you don't have to worry about neighbors stomping on your ceiling.

The location is pretty convenient for a range of places. It's about 15 mins to the beach and Pepperdine campus, 1 min to 101 freeway, 2 mins to restaurants and grocery stores, 5 mins to The Summit at Calabasas and The Commons at Calabasas, 10 min to Woodland hills, 10 mins to Thousand Oaks, 15 mins to Pepperdine, 25 mins to Westwood, Santa Monica. Nearby cities include: calabasas, malibu, woodland hills, agoura hills, westlake village, thousand oaks.
