I have a partially furnished lower level back studio in Altadena, CA. It is close to public transportation, grocery stores and local hiking trails.
The unit is about 500 Sq. Ft. It includes wifi and all paid utilities. Comes with an extra room (with a 32 inch tv) that can fit up to a full size bed or it can be used as a large closet. The main room has a clean (unused) sofa sleeper, 2 small area rugs, glass coffee table, electric fireplace, 60 inch smart tv.. and large aquarium (very minimal maintenance done by landlord), The small entrance room/kitchenette includes dining table, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven. The small restroom includes a rustic stand up shower with plenty of storage. No smoking tenant preferred and no pets. Cleaning deposit ($500) can be waived if the tenant chooses to use the monthly housekeeping service of $50.

Parking is on street (no permit required). There is a quiet upstairs tenant.
