I'm willing to pay half of the rent for the first month ($500), then it's $970 per month after that.

I had to put my room up for rent because I had to go back home for family reasons. This is the only opening available at Hardy Apartments so it will go soon. My roommates are nice, clean, and respectful people. I can introduce them to you. Our next-door neighbors are really friendly as well. SDSU campus and Trader Joes is a 5 min walk away so the location is very convenient.
