This is a room in a shared house for rent.

House is about 2,400sqft on a 9,500sqft lot, 2 floor. The house is located in Brite Meadow Court in 93308 about 3-5min from Meadow field airport and California Aeronautical University.

Full time student are eligible for a flexible month to month rent after 3month lease.


1st month refundable security deposit is required.

-$750 per bedroom

-$850 for the full size conversion room with the fireplace 

+$100per extra person in the room.

-Shared bathroom All are partial to none Furnished, depending on what we can provide.

All include biweekly house keeper service. All tenant pay the shared cost of electricity bill. Owner(me) pay the rest.

The house shared wireless wifi is standard at 400mbps, if need more speed +$10 for wifi upgrade.

No over night guest without request. Sorry no pet as up right now.
