The bedroom is available with a shared bathroom upstairs, and half bath downstairs which you could use as your own bathroom. There is a walk-in closet in the bedroom. The condo has a small private patio that overlooks the San Diego River, AC unit, dishwasher, cable, wifi, plenty of cabinet space, etc.
You will have your own parking space. The condo complex has 2 laundry rooms, a pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and a business center.

Utilities – SDG&E we will split 2 ways. Water, sewer, WiFi internet, and parking are all included in the rent!

LOCATION
The condo is in the heart of Mission Valley along the San Diego River, and close to several different grocery stores, shopping centers, gyms, trolleys, hiking trails, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Basically, we have all the amenities here.

THE ROOMMATE
Early 40’s female in the interior design industry. Healthy eating habits and juicing, working out at home & loves outdoor activities: hiking, running, etc. Also enjoys cooking, yoga, reading, relaxing, and quiet downtime after work.

YOU
Looking for a respectful, clean, organized, social, friendly, active, kind male or female roommate who is clean and responsible about rent and bills (we would alternate buying common supplies, toilet paper, etc). Nonsmoker, and preferable someone who shares common interests and a quiet lifestyle. Also, someone who gives a heads-up whenever they want to have guests over, or stay the night.
