The studio is in the lower part of a two-story home on a wooded lot very close to hiking and biking trails. The owners live upstairs and do their very best to keep sounds to a minimum. (Please note: This studio isn't for you if you couldn't bear to hear footsteps occasionally.)

Queen-size bed with upgraded mattress, dresser, end tables, comfortable couch, expandable dining room table. The wall-mounted swivel TV can be viewed from the couch or the bed.

All utilities, including fast Wifi, are included. Through the TV, you have access to D Stream, Netflix, HBO Max, and the Roku channel.

The kitchenette includes a convection microwave, two-burner hot plate, and air fryer, so you can prepare almost anything you could make in a regular oven and stovetop (you could even bake a cake in the convection microwave!). Also included are a toaster, electric kettle, drip and pour-over coffeemakers, blender, utensils, pans, bakeware, dishes, glasses, and mugs. In addition, a tabletop ironing board and iron, stick vacuum, and a starter package of basic toiletries and cleaning supplies. We can remove any items you don't need.

From here, you can walk down the hill to the Loch Lomond Marina or up the hill into China Camp State Park for incredible views. At the base of the hill is the north end of San Francisco Bay and a lovely marina with views of Mt. Tam. Walk up the street and the road ends at a fire road that takes you up into China Camp State Park, with incredible views all around the Bay Area.

Use of the hot tub and deck with views of the Bay are included. The hot tub and deck are shared with the residents of the main house. You may also arrange times to use the laundry facilities in the main house.

Please note that the studio measures just 250 square feet and lacks a standard stovetop/oven or a closet. It does have a dresser, coat hooks, and storage beneath the intentionally elevated bed to maximize space. Due to these features, it is better suited for college students or individuals seeking short-term accommodation for a few months, rather than those in need of a long-term residence. However, if you have minimal furniture or belongings requiring space, it could be an ideal fit for you!
