We have a beautiful sparking pool, newly redecorated gazebo with grilling availability, ceiling fans, laundry on-site and assigned parking so everyone has a parking space to come home to.

Water, sewer, and Trash has a small monthly fee of $40-60.00 additional from the rental amount.

Requirements: 2.5x the rent (gross per month), 6 months verifiable current income, Good verifiable rental history in past 12 month, No evictions or remaining balances, No criminal record, No registered sex offenders, and 625 credit score.
