The particular unit for rent is on the top floor in the back so it is very quiet. The kitchen was totally redone with all new appliances, granite tops, pear laminate cabinets and a very nice new floor. There are disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator, built in microwave and gas range.
The bathroom was totally new as well. The tile extends to the ceiling and is from Spain. There is a large wall mirror. All of the plumbing has been upgraded with new drains and copper water supply pipes. All of the fixtures in the bathroom are new.
The unit has hardwood floors, double glazed new windows and low voltage recessed lighting throughout. The walls are fully insulated to reduce your heating costs and make the unit more comfortable. All of the wiring throughout the unit is new and there are tons of electric plugs everywhere. All of the telephone wiring and cable wiring is also new. There is a voice control intercom to the front door of the building. There is lots of storage with four closets.
I have installed a new laundry in the basement which has two Neptune (Maytag) washers and two Neptune driers. There is a change machine there as well for your convenience. The basement is quite an attractive part of the building, unlike most others in San Francisco.
The only negative about the unit is that the living room is very close to the adjacent building so there is no overlook of the street. However, there is a large skylight in the ceiling so it is always sunny and bright inside.
I do not have parking available. Also, I do not accept pets or smokers. Sorry.
