I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Oliv Tucson for the 2025-2026 school year (Aug 22, 2025 - July 25, 2026). It's $1325/month with a $500 deposit. We will cover half of first months rent. It's a 2x2B unit (4x2 Bed setup), so you'll have your own fully furnished room and share a bathroom with one other girl.

The unit is A1 on the 5th floor and has a cute sliding barn door. The apartment is beautiful with amazing amenities like a rooftop pool, spa, gym, and study rooms.

Oliv is right on campus and across the street from restaurants, shops, and everything you need. The area is super safe and desirable to live in. Plus, it's one of the most affordable layouts in the building!
