We are looking for a third roommate to share a house. My roommate David and I currently live with my dog. Our house is located near Speedway and Craycroft (15 minute drive from campus). It is near grocery stores, gyms, and the Park Place Mall. Each resident has their own room and bathroom. The house is fully furnished and each bedroom comes with a queen sized bed, desk, chair, and dresser. The house also features a full kitchen, laundry room, and spacious common areas. David and I are pretty quiet people and aren't really the party types, however, we do really enjoy having friends over when we get the chance. David is a nursing major and I'm an engineering major so we are both pretty serious students. We are really open and looking for someone who lives similarly to us :)

Some important notes:
-We have a dog. She's an Australian shepherd and is incredibly friendly.
-There aren't many other forms of transportation to UofA besides a car, so it would be best if you have access to one.
-The desks in the rooms are automated so they can be used in the sitting or standing position.
-The pictures below show the bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
-We are looking for someone who is able to move in as soon as possible**
