About 3x2 THE PACIFIC SPRING SUBLET
Hello! I live in a 3x2 apartment located in The Pacific. The room I have is the master and rent cost around $1600 + utilities. Utilities depend on the usage, but rarely exceed $50. I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment as early as October or beginning of Spring semester (Jan-July). If you're interested and have any questions about amenities and etc pls lmk! It's a great apartment but I will be transferring this year.
