Rent will be based on income. Apartments include a range and refrigerator, mini blinds, ceiling fans, central heat and air, a small outdoor patio, and an individual storage unit. Water, sewer, and trash are included in rent, tenant pays the electric. Each apartment is wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at renter's expense. Cottonwood also has an onsite laundry facility, playground, and community room that can be used for meetings or family gatherings.

Application fee of $8 per adult household member will need to be delivered to our agency representative at the property site before applications will be processed.
