I am looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP at The Landing in Fayetteville through July 31, 2024. The unit is a 3 bed 2 bath apartment with my portion being 1 bedroom and a shared bathroom. There are 2 great girls currently living there.
The unit is the newly upgraded C1 floor plan, it is fully furnished and very spacious with large walk-in closets, big tubs in both bathrooms, and a full-size in-unit washer and dryer.

Rent would be $605 a month (first month free!!) with valet trash, water, and WiFi included. Electricity is separate.
