Each apartment is wired for cable TV and telephone, which are available at the renter's expense. Parkview also has an onsite laundry facility and small community room that can be used for meetings or family gatherings. Located in the heart of Cave City, known for its famous watermelons, and within walking distance to a walking trail and playground and a short drive to nearby local eateries.
