Each student is responsible for their own individual rent, only NOT roommates .
Rooms rent for $800/monthly EACH individual bedroom which include {Fully furnished home, Internet access and All utilities}.

A $200 refundable deposit is required at move in from each student/Tenant and will be returned at end of lease if no damages are incurred. Minimum 4 month lease but long term room leasing also possible. No Pets Allowed. COLLEGE FEMALE JUNIOR AND SENIOR APPLICANTS ONLY.

Home is 40 minutes from Little Rock, Clinton Airport, 10 minutes from UAPB , 6 mins from Walmart, close to several restaurants and 9 mins from The Lake.
