Welcome to the my spacious bedroom home. A remodeled 3drm -1bthrm house that is fully and newly furnished: fully equipped kitchen {pots dishes utensils} all appliances, washer/dryer on premises, central air conditioning, plenty of parking space.

Three individual bedrooms are available for rent. Each student will have their own bedroom and share the rest house common space.

Each student is responsible for their own individual rent only, NOT roommates .
All tenants are responsible for any damages done to home or property inside and outside.

Rooms rent for $475.00/monthly EACH individual bedroom which include {Internet access and All utilities}.

A $200 refundable deposit is required at move in from each student/Tenant and will be returned at end of lease if no damages are incurred. MINIMUM 4 month lease but longer term room leasing also possible. No Pets Allowed. COLLEGE FEMALE JUNIOR AND SENIOR APPLICANTS ONLY.

Home is 10 minutes from UAPB , 40 minutes from Little Rock, Clinton Airport, 6 mins from Walmart, close to several stores and restaurants and 9 mins from The Lake Saracen.
