Directions: take the Pinson/Trussville exit on I-59 and turn right from Chalkville Road onto Springville Rd. Turn left onto Dug Hollow Rd, and Right onto Dewey Heights. At the stop sign, turn left into the subdivision. Take a right at the stop sign, and the home is on the left.

The security deposit for the home is equal to the monthly rent amount. The application fee is $60 per applicant. Any adult that plans to live in the home must apply. The security deposit is what holds the property for you and is only refundable for a period of 24 hours.
