Located in 5 Points, and within walking distance to UAB Campus, The Bend is a smaller building consisting of eight 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartments.

Each unit at The Bend is a little different, so we suggest those interested tour the apartments in person.

New residents will need to set up their own water/sewer accounts with Birmingham Water Works and electric accounts with Alabama Power.
