I'm transferring to another university for the spring semester. You'll be taking over the lease which ends 07/25/2025. Rent is $470 and insurance is $15 for a total of $485. The utilities are around $60/month/person. You're only responsible for your room and utilities. It won't affect you if your roommates don't pay their rent and utilities. Currently, there are 3 male engineers ages 20-21 living in the unit. These units are mixed-sex, you don't have to be a male to reside in this unit.
