Terraces at Lawson Creek I is a 40 unit family apartment project located in Juneau Alaska. Terraces at Lawson Creek II is a 35 unit family apartment project. The community consists of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. All units are subject to income and student restrictions as defined in §42 of the Internal Revenue Code and are required to comply with the applicable housing laws and regulations including the following:
1.Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code;5.Violence Against Women Act (VAWA)
2.Title VI of the Civil Rights Act 0f 1964;2013 Final Rule; and
3.Executive Order 11063;6.All other applicable state and local laws.
4.Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 Accepts Section 8.
