These apartments are not nice. Cheap sure, but not nice. Appliances are twenty years old. Laundry is $2 per load and the washer is disgusting. Paint on the walls is basically white wash, if you try to clean it you see the drywall if a moist rag contacts the wall. Maintenance guy is nice but over worked. Don't ever mention to the office ladies that snow should be removed or something isn't working, they will just get bitchy and tell you they have 260 units to take care of. It isn't obvious that they could hire a company to do snow removal. Parking lots are complete ice all winter. Hallways won't be cleaned, entrance lights burnt out, and the office ladies act like it isn't their problem.
