STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!! We had to call the landlord SEVERAL TIMES to get screens installed and the place reeked like cigarettes. There is no insulation and so every sound from your neighbors is your special acoustic treat. The price is cheap, but you get
what you pay for. They never plow their horribly uneven parking lot in the time frame they give you, and when they show up at some odd time to plow they will tow your car even though they are the ones who are late. This place is a dump. There were no screens and the place was filthy. We had to clean and clean and clean before we could unpack. If you do have to live here, make sure that you get an UPSTAIRS apartment (see no insulation problem above).
I rented from summer '08 through summer '09.

Sheridan Court Apartmenets has just been changed to new management and within the one week of the change they have already repaved the horribly pot-hole-ridden parking lot and had staff sweeping and vaccuming the hallways, (which has happened 2 times
before in the two years i've lived here), and fixing an unattended sewer problem. I'm excited to see if they will uphold a higher quality of maintenance that the previous management left to be more then desired.
The building is close proximity to campus. The apartments are freshly painted upon moving in. The carpet is an ugly brown and the cabinets are dated. But for the price its pretty good. The lawn is maintained well and neighbors are friendly. I recommend getting an apartment on the top floor and as far away from main st as possible. I did not and my walls rattle with passing semis and last year my upstairs neighbor must have been on a tumbling team. All in all its not a terrible place to live but it is in no way a luxery facility.
I rented from fall '04 through summer '08.
