These apartments were put up fast and cheap. They appear nice but after being the first people to live in our apartment we already had our dishwasher break, a crack in our ceiling and the paint comes off the walls if you barely brush up against it. The water pressure is also really bad and if you like really hot showers like I do you won't get that here. The water gets pretty warm but not hot. As far as management goes, Amy (one of the assistant community managers) is the absolute best so if you have any issues talk to her if you can. Heather (the community manager) is the worst and if you have any problems she will blame you for them and try to screw you over. If you have any concerns before signing and management tells you something is going to be fixed or built in the future don't count on it being done in the next six months because we were told the pool would be done by the time we moved in in July and that was a big deal for us signing a lease and then it wasn't done until November. I rented from summer 2015 through spring 2016. ...
