this place sucked. maintenance never fixed anything. every time i went up to the office to report a problem they just scribbled it on whatever paper was lying around. then a week later you'd have to go back and they would tell you they would be out first thing tomorrow. and the next week you'd hear the same thing. people would have loud parties all the time and the bass would rattle the windows. which are leaky by the way. the power bill was outrageous because the windows weren't properly sealed, except maybe for the ones that were painted shut from the outside. people steal things off your back patio area. a friend of mine had his car stolen out of the parking lot. the plumbing is bad, and several people have had their apartments flood on them. which would mess up everyone's water bill. the complex gets one bill that they divide amongst the apartments by square footage. so if their was any kind of plumbing issue or they emptied and refilled the pool, you're water bill was through the roof. and don't let them tell you there are washer/dryer connections. first, the washer connections are downstairs and the dryer connections are in a closet in the master bedroom. and ours didn't have a dryer vent. and don't ever ever ever let them tell you anything without getting it in writing. i could go on, but you get the idea. ...
