The Reserve has been great! I really enjoy the staff, the pool, and having good roommates is essential to your decision staying here. It is a spacious shared apartment (I have 3 other roommates + 1 kitty), and we have enjoyed our Sophomore year together. Maintenence is very responsive and helped us a few times throughout the year with our hot water and garbage disposal, both of which were resolved within the same day! I have been here for almost two months now and it has been amazing. The staff is so helpful and the amenities are great. There are two pools, a basketball court, 24 hour gym, study area and many more that make this community feel like home.

Office staff always friendly, apartments are nice and safety features added make me feel a lot safer. I wish they would update the apartments though. They're charging a lot of money for what you get (for my two bedroom, my roommate and I each pay $460 + electric). If they updated the kitchen and bathrooms, this place would be top notch, but with places like Crawford Falls, the Retreat and Highpointe, I might look elsewhere.
