My daughter rented for 2 1/2 years, rent always on time, never had overnite guests or parked in no parking zones. When she left we cleaned the entire unit spic and span and the landlord charged her over 500 dollars for cleaning things that should be cost of doing business, like wiping cabinets? cleaning the racks in the dishwasher?? cleaning the floors?? shampooing the carpet in a room that was sealed off? DON"T RENT HERE HE IS A THEIF! I rented from fall 2015 through summer 2018. ...

I do not recommend renting from here. The apartments may look nice, but they are cheaply built. The walls don't even have paint, only primer. The kitchen I had only had one drawer, and it wasn't even big enough to fit a utensil seperator. My shower sounded like someone was screaming. The landlord is strict, which isn't always a bad thing, but he is rude as hell. He will penny-pinch you. He seems to care more about money then people. You have a guest limit. So if you're socialable, then don't rent from here. Guest parking is horrible. And guest parking is basically "park at your own risk" because they will tow them from many restrictions. The Internet is at its lowest compacity. Every unit has the same password, so everyone bounces to each other's internet. So if you're a gamer, Netflix watcher, or in the middle of doing school work, your internet will slow down or even stop working. The only reason my fiancé and I rent is because our old apartment became a fire hazards due to out-dated electrical wiring. I rented from fall 2015 through spring 2016. ...

Please look somewhere else if you want to find a place to live! You are not allowed to have guests more than 7 days throughout the year and that includes weekends, meaning 358 days of the year, you will not be allowed to have guests! In college life, we are social.. so let's be real here! Unless you're a hermit, you will have visitors more than that! The maintenance men drive around daily to check and they will tow your visitor's car at any point without notification. DON'T DO IT! I rented from winter 2015 through winter 2015. ...

Do not rent from here!!!! Your spouse will not allowed be allowed to live with you, having a baby may get you evicted and they violate Federal laws. I rented from winter 10 through spring 11.

The landlord is an asshole. Avoid this place at all cost. They will get you in then nickel and dime you to death.
