I love the Pointe! Not only are the CA's fun and attractive, but the service is top notch. Everyone in the office is happy to help me whenever I walk in. The game room and the fitness center are open 24/7 and suit my needs perfectly. I don't have to pay for my maintenance calls and my broken stuff gets fixed within a day or two by the most polite maintenance men ever! COME LIVE HERE! I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

Very nice, have plenty of your own space. Everything's new and it's fully furnished, free parking. Nice amentities. Get alot for your money. Only problem is it's far from campus and bus ride is slow and annoying. But you live right next door to Walmart and tons of other places to eat/shop. Never have to worry about noise. ...

they do not include utilities, so you have to fight your roommates to pay you their share, and when they skip out of town the landlord tells you it's not their problem go hunt them down and beat it out of them yourself I rented from fall '09 through summer 10. ...
