I never in my life imagined anyone as rude, corrupt, and incompetent as the managers of Conifer Place Apts. I would be referring to Kya and her awful husband. I just recently moved out and now they are trying to bill me claiming they had to spend 9 hours cleaning my dishwasher, I had to complain multiple times, until they finally replaced it! HOW DO YOU SPEND 9 HOURS CLEANING A BRAND NEW DISHWASHER? I was also charged for replacement light bulbs in my bathroom, as I had them unscrewed to help contain my power bill .. THEY STILL WORK FINE! These are just examples of the below poor management there.. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU, THEY WILL SCAM YOU, AND DO ANYTHING ELSE POSSIBLE TO TAKE MORE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THAT THEY DO NOT DESERVE!!!!! ...

I like it because it has a pool and I'm not right by campus. The management is good, the grounds are really nice and my apartment is great. The only thing I would change is the parking!! But, what are ya gonna do? I rented from fall '06 through summer '08. ...
