Campus Lodge is absolutely amazing. It's highly affordable and close to campus. Best of all they you never get bored with the pool and the basketball court. I also love the fact that the bus takes you to campus therefore there is no need to drive.

Low rates and really good rooms. Maintenance always quick. Roommate matching very good. Bus shuttle is very convenient. Sketchy neighborhood but no trouble really. Great incentives to stay. Parties always a good time.

this place was horrible. maintainance never came to fix our garbage disposal after several attempts to contact them, walls were super thin, ventilation system is horrible (if you aren't next to the heater/air conditioner or the hot water tank, you'll be lucky to be comfortable. i rarely got hot water, and during the winter i froze my butt off in my room, while my 2 roommates next to the heater were burning up!), management is horrible, employees are rude, broken glass on the parking lot was never cleaned up, parking lot lights were never fixed, they charged us for cleaning the apt before we moved in, but found dirty dishes in one room, the carpet turned the bottoms of our feet black even after vacuuming, the air vents were never cleaned out (which was supposed to happen monthly) so black stuff came out. overall i would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. I rented from fall '06 through spring '07. ...

the management is NOT helpful and the "included" electric never once covered the actual bill. I rented from winter '06 through fall '06.
