This complex is very awful. The building is very old and the landlord always doesn't want to put a penny on it. The carpet, floor, door and windows are terrible and the installation inside is bad everywhere. Before you see the room, he already let his agent arrange a room to look at, so you don't have choice to pick, just accept. You need to prepare around $1500 to deposit into the agent's account several months before you move in. There is a trick in the deposit you will see when you plan to move out later. The inside area is dirty everywhere when you move in, and there will be no any help for you to call the landlord who will always not clean it. After you move in, you clean by yourself. Now the waterline begins to keep broken, the water is dripping in the kitchen, and the bath will be nonfunctioning forever. The water in the pipe can not be used for drink. This cannot be solved by the pure installation. The cabinet in the kitchen keep sending out the odds which you can imagine for the dripping water everyday. But you have to stay there for one year. The landlord send out the renewal form in January, and you need to reply before end of February. In the summer, you get a long list for cleaning after you stand all the things for a year, now the repeating story comes. Whether you clean it or not, your $1500 deposit will be deducted by $400. He will send you a receipt showing that there are a cleaning charge from some person. Do you believe that! Remember! YOU CLEAN THE INTERIOR WHEN YOU MOVE IN!!! Here it ends. It's a shame to get this person among the landlord group, especially in the university area. We, as a couple, strongly recommend you, especially new faculty and students, will not get involved into this apartment. ...
