At first the staff was ok not as professional and somewhat snobby nothing like the staff at the Vintage in S Reno .This staff would not make it working for a upper class property..they loose paperwork in the office when you call and communicate they don’t chart the notes to get repairs done takes more then a week or longer Honestly your better off living in a tent across the street where all the abounded cars are. ...

I used to be a tenant at Bristle Pointe apartments for 3 years. I always paid the rent on time and never received any complaints of any kind as a tenant. They used to be owned by other company and although I wouldn't say it was great, it was decent and the people at the leasing office were fair and kind for the most part. This apartment complex got bought by a corporation that requires you to sign an abusive leasing contract that will rip you off if for any reason you must leave earlier than the expiration date. There is a clause that will ask you to pay a penalty of 85% of 1 month rent, the deposit will not be refunded and also you will have to pay all the remaining monthly rents until the end of the lease! So I ended up having to pay about $1200 more than I would have if I just moved out and paid the rent for the 3 remaining months of my lease. Also, they are not asking for the same credit history requirements at the moment of getting new residents having lowered the quality of the tenants. Now you can often see a mechanic fixing cars in the parking lot, kids using drugs by the garbage dumpster, etc. My wife got pregnant and I had no choice but to move out to a bigger place. I needed an extra room for the baby. Before moving out my wife and I cleaned the apartment. We left it spotless. I covered and painted every nail hole on the walls, cleaned the carpets, left it way cleaner than when I rented it. The leasing office was supposed to advise me of the day they were going to do the move-out inspection as it is my right to be present. They failed to do so and now they are charging me almost $300 for concept of regular cleaning, carpet cleaning and what they call "a touch of paint". This has been the worst experience I ever had renting a place. I rented from winter '06 through summer '09. ...
