Worse place I have ever rented. Soon as you stand up for your rights there they will do all they can to evict you - and lie about all of it. The police help the slobs do it too. Maintenance is kind of their MAFIA there since they go in and out of your apartment without telling you as required by law. Most tenants are welfare so if you need to sleep at night, forget it.
