There is an open sewage pipe in my back yard that I complained about many times. I spilled sewage and toilet paper into my yard and they never fixed it. The transformer outside my house blew and damaged my cabel line. They refuse to repair it. so I can get TV or internet. ...

I had roaches my entire stay. The wooded areas did not help and my car has permanent pinestraw stains. I rented from winter '06 through winter '07.
