DO NOT LIVE HERE!! EVER! Choose ANYWHERE else but here! Please! This place is horrible. My oven was always broken and they have yet to fix it, and my lease is up in two weeks! THANK GOD!! I had mold on my ceiling that took them three days and three phone calls for them to come out and even attempt to fix. Attempt being the key word there. They just painted over it! I know this for a fact, because you could still see the mold through the paint and it came back in less than two weeks! WOW! Everything was dirty! The bathroom has some nasty rust looking stuff in it that can't be clean! Fridge stopped working once...took them so long to fix it all the food went bad. Washing machine broke too, the first time I used it! Water everywhere! Had two floods from the apartment above me too! Man, was this place a huge mistake. All I can say is I know it is cost efficient, but don't expect to be treated with any kind of respect. The office staff is horrible, except for Jodi! She's really nice! But the manager...WHOA!! Stay away! It's like every time I got upset about something that broke she made it seem like it was my fault... She was NEVER apologetic! That's definitely something you should learn if you're a manager and especially if you would want to appeal to people not just for the price, but the personnel as well. No one wants to stay in a place where the manager is impossible to reason with. It was funny too, cause tried to be nice when I first moved in and then she found out my boyfriend was black when I went into the office one day...I hate accusations, but all the signs were there.
