Paul Hinshaw owns a slew of properties all over columbia. As a landlord, her is virtually unreachable. His office staff is somewhat friendly, but clearly overworked and underpaid. They unfortunately have to endure alot of complaints from tenants due to the condition of all of his properties. Be prepared to sign a lead based paint waiver before you move in due to the properties being so old. His maintenance staff loves to come by unannounced to "fix" things you never called about. This is their excuse for checking in on you. I rented from spring 11 through fall 11. ...
