The owner is a jerk and i actually would refuse to talk to him at alsmot all costs. First moved it, the water was out for a week, then we had mice problems..(got about 5 of them little cridders), then our sink dripped (got fixed 3 times with no luck) Please avoid any business with southwoodproperties to avoid future problems. ...
