This apartment complex was very nice when I moved in a few years ago; however, since then the management has changed and the complex has done a complete 180. I was promised that this apartment complex was quiet for students who need to study and was not rented to typical partying college students like most apartments in town. This held true until the management changed. Literally weeks after new management took over there has been parties 3-4 nights a week, beer cans and bottles in the grass and parking lots, cigarette butts littering the stairs, and other trash everywhere. Multiple residents have complained about it, and while management kept saying things would be done to take care of it... nothing ever was. Also, the floors and walls are very thin. You can hear the people above and below you talking and their phones ringing. When you're in the bathroom you can hear people through the walls talking, etc. The "free" internet (it's not really free- why do you think the rent is so high?) is usually running slower than AT&T 3G network. For this price, you can get a much better quality apartment in town. They were hastily constructed, many of my doors do not shut properly, and have become downright trashy. Definitely not the place for cheap rent to party a lot. Cambridge Park is far from the "luxurious experience" that TLC properties promises. I rented from fall 10 through fall '07. ...
