This place is practically brand new, very clean, and I had little to no maintenance issues. HOWEVER, they try to enforce random rules only to later revoke them (probably because they realize they are renting to adults, not to children). Also, out of nowhere they tell us we have to start paying for our own cable and internet even though we were assured it was included when we signed our lease, and we're still paying $725/month for a 2 bedroom! Also, for an expensive apartment, the walls are thin! I can hear my neighbors if they are in the room next to me, which is 10 times worse when one of the college students in the building is having a party. Parking sucks anytime after 7pm, and don't live in the vaulted ceilings units because your electric only utility bill will very easily be more than $100/month. They do have a really nice pool, hot tub, and badass fitness center if those things are important to you. Overall, good place, but not worth THAT much money. Find a better deal elsewhere!
