The Apartments were newer and well maintained. Location was right next to the university. Management was really nice and prompt to take care of any issues. Properties were well lit and had security cameras everywhere. Laundry was coin operated but there was like 40 washers and dryers and a great study area. Also right next to KT and $5 pizza. I rented from fall 2016 through spring 2017. ...
