I have lived at The Reserve for several years. I have moved apartments a couple of times for different floor plans. They really try hard to keep the apartments in good condition and the office staff was consistantly nice to me. They enforce the lease, so make sure you pay things on time. The only down side is that the other residents can be jerks. I think most people come from the dorm and they do not realize how much better the Reserve is till they live in other complexes around town. They do not respect the grounds. For the most part though, I have made more friends than enemies and we will just tell those people to get the hell out of the pool or whatever. And really... they didn't find your sublease so they are swindlers? Sounds like another sophmore not wanting to be accountable for their obligations. I have had two roommates sublease in my time here. Your attorney should remind you what your legal obligations are. I rented from fall '06 through spring '08. ...

The Reserves is really nice to you before you live there, but they don't treat you well when you are a resident. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08.

I was thinking about transferring to a different school in the middle of my lease, so I went to the office to see what I would have to do to break it. They told me they would put me on a list of apartments to be re-rented and that my lease would probably be taken over within the month, two months max, ending my obligation. I ended up being charged for the remainder of my lease and was out thousands of dollars. My lawyer (from a different city) was very familiar with this place and said they have a reputation for being scumbags. ...

Everything SUCKS about the reserve trust me! DO NOT live there! I rented from fall '06 through spring '07.
