Favorite place so far to live in town, maintenance is very responsive if you post a request on their resident app, the neighborhood is nice and away from the loud college kids. Mostly families out here. They post notices anytime something is going on in advance like pest control or filter replacements. Highly recommended place to live! ...

If you can handle the bugs, bad insulation, and disrepaired state, these are fine. If you have any issue, God help you trying to get the management to help. They are moody in the office and will make all sorts of excuses for not getting things repaired. The old maintenance guy was great, would give you his cell number and come out the day you called. You have to go through the management for the new people. Don't expect to get your deposit back, their checkout inspection is 100 times more detailed than their check-in inspection. Take photos for evidence. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
