The mangement is awful. I called several times to get my toliet fixed and no one ever came out. I was lucky to have rented a 2 bathroom apartment. Keep your contract, they will do whatever they can to rip you off. I had to pay a 400 dollar pet deposit and got none of it bk. They told me and my contract stated that if they didnt have to change the carpet I would get half bk. They are very rude to deal with. Also after my walk through, which the lady said everything looked clean and was fine, they went back through and wrote down that they had to clean the microwve for 35 dollars! Change a light bulb for 5 dollars! It was awful! I rented from summer '08 through spring '09. ...

The apartment is really nice, and the price seems low at first. But GOOD LUCK trying to get your deposit back!! Pets have a $200 non-refundable deposit plus an additional $25 a month, no matter what type of pet you have. It is ridiculous to have a non-refundable deposit; they are just stealing your money. The management staff is downright rude and unhelpful. After a sexual assault in our area, I called and asked them what their plans were for additional security and asked if they could install a chain lock on my door. The person on the phone told me that "obviously my safety was my personal responsibility" and they planned to do nothing. Not a bad apartment, but the quality is NOT worth the drama of dealing with the management. Definitely not recommended for pet owners!! I rented from summer '07 through summer '08. ...
