The Property Mgmt is TERRIBLE-our bottom floor flooded multiple times from there MOLDY, faulty shower, and then they CHARGED us to replace the carpet when we moved out. They never fix anything and when/if they do they charge it to your rent... Also there are 8 parking spots and 18 tenants--there is NEVER a place to park. Great location-but take pictures when you move in and out-getting your deposit back is a pain and if you aren't at checkout they make missing items up--I got charged for a door and light fixture covers! (that were NOT missing) I rented from summer '08 through summer 10. ...
